Limber Pine Summer Camp welcomes teens ages 13–16 who bring genuine curiosity and a desire to explore the natural world. What do the campers eat while at summer camp?
While counselors carry a few extra granola bars and snacks for emergencies, each camper is required to bring a packed lunch to be eaten on the trail each day. We encourage campers to pack a healthy, calorie-rich meal, along with snacks to keep their energy strong throughout our activities.
All morning drop-off locations are intentionally selected near stores where lunch items can be purchased if something is forgotten. In addition to a nutritious lunch, it is essential that campers eat a hearty, protein-rich breakfast before arriving at drop-off.
What is expected of my Teen?
Limber Pine Summer Camp welcomes campers from all walks of life who want to deepen their understanding of the world around them. We expect campers to uphold our core values of respect, inclusion, honesty, and bravery in both attitude and behavior.
Campers must be able to care for themselves appropriately in an adventure setting while under counselor supervision. For a detailed outline of expectations, please refer to our Camper Code of Conduct.
Where is Limber Pine Summer Camp Located?

Limber Pine Summer Camp operates as a mobile program, using a 15-passenger van as our home base. This flexibility allows us to explore deep into the mountains of northern Utah. Each camp week may have a different designated drop-off and pick-up location based on that week’s planned activities; however, once the week begins, the location will not change.

After registering for your chosen week, please check your welcome email for clear instructions on your meeting spot.
When? What is the daily schedule like, for each week of camp?

To support working families, Limber Pine Summer Camp runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. This full-day schedule allows us to explore the mountains without rushing our activities.
If your camper needs to arrive late or leave early, please contact us as soon as possible to coordinate arrangements. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, you may need to meet us at our destination in the mountains—sometimes a considerable distance from trailheads—to ensure your teen can safely reconnect with the group.
